Rexro Terms of Use

Effective date: October 4, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Rexro app and the rexro.app website (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and not impersonate anyone.
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for all activity on your account.
  • You may not sell, transfer or share your account.

2. Your content

  • You keep ownership of the content you post.
  • By posting content, you grant Rexro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, distribute and reformat it (for example, compressing or resizing) within the Service and to promote the Service, for as long as it remains on the Service.
  • You confirm that you hold the rights to everything you post, including music, sounds and images, and that your content does not violate anyone's rights or any law.
  • Other users may share links to or interact with your public content as the Service allows.

3. Community rules

You may not post, stream or send content, or behave in a way, that:

  • Breaks applicable laws, including the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or violates public order, religious values or public decency.
  • Contains nudity or sexual content, or any form of child exploitation or abuse.
  • Incites violence, hatred or discrimination, or glorifies terrorism or crime.
  • Bullies, harasses, threatens or defames others, or shares someone's personal data without permission.
  • Promotes drugs, weapons, gambling or any illegal activity.
  • Involves fraud, deception, impersonation or spam.
  • Manipulates engagement or competitions, such as fake accounts or buying followers, stars or likes.
  • Infringes others' intellectual property.
  • Tries to hack, disrupt, scrape or circumvent the Service.

These rules apply to posts, stories, comments, messages, live streams and voice rooms. Hosts are responsible for what happens in their streams and rooms.

4. Moderation and reporting

You can report content or users from within the app. We use human review and automated screening, and we may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these terms without prior notice. We may also report violations to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

5. Coins, gifts and purchases

  • Coins are purchased through Google Play or the App Store, and payments are subject to their terms.
  • Coins and gifts are digital items for use within the Service only. They are not money, cannot be exchanged for money except through the earnings program below, and may not be sold or transferred outside the Service.
  • Purchases and gifts are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or app store policies.
  • We may change the prices of coins and gifts or discontinue some of them at any time.

6. Earnings and withdrawals

  • The value of gifts you receive is added to your coin balance, and you can request a withdrawal based on the coin value, minimum withdrawal amount and payment methods shown in the app.
  • Withdrawal requests are reviewed, and we may reject or suspend a request, or cancel any balance that results from fraud or a breach of these terms.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the payment details you provide and for any tax or legal obligations related to your earnings.

7. Subscriptions and promotion

  • Paid subscriptions (such as PLUS+) renew automatically through your app store unless you cancel them in your store account settings before the renewal date. Their benefits may change.
  • Post promotion is paid for with coins. The reach shown is an estimate and is not guaranteed, and promoted content must follow these terms.

8. Competitions and the Star Challenge

The rules, duration and prizes of each competition are announced in the app. We may change or cancel a competition, and disqualify anyone who manipulates the results or breaks these terms. Our decision on the winners is final.

9. Ads and third-party services

The Service may include ads, links or services provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Rexro's property

The app, website, logo, designs and software belong to Rexro or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited and revocable license to use the Service under these terms. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without our written permission.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for content posted by users. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Rexro harmless from any claims or losses arising from your content or your breach of these terms or the law.

13. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, and we may suspend or terminate your account if you break these terms. When an account is deleted or terminated, any coins or balances that have not been withdrawn are lost.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

15. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version in the app and at rexro.app/terms_of_uses with a new effective date. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.
